Spores: As a standard action, Shroom Dude can release a cloud of spores. He can use this ability 4 times per day (One per HD). The spores can be of the following types:

Distress: The spores alert all other myconids within the area that danger is near. They are released in a 120 foot spread. p(. Reproduction: These spores eventually germinate into new infant myconids. They are released in a 120 food spread and have no detrimental effect on nonmyconids. p(. As his HD increases, Shroom dude can gain access to new types of spores.

Mushroom Staff: This Masterwork Quarterstaff is unique. It was given to Shroom Dude as a parting gift from his elders. It is living staff of fungus, and when wielded by a plant creature it has the ability to release spores when striking its target. The wielded chooses which kind of spore is released when striking.

Rapport: Shroom Dude cannot speak, but these spores enable him to establish telepathic communication with other myconids and with outsiders. A successful fortitude save (DC 15) negates the effect, but it is harmless. Rapport lasts for 30 to 60 minutes with outsiders, or 8 hours with other myconids. The communication range is 120 feet once it is established. p(. Pacification: The target hit must make a fortitude save (DC 15) or become passive for 1 minute. Being passive is similar to being dazed, except that the target can take only partial actions that do not involve attacking. This is a mind effecting compulsion attack.
